Processing times may vary but usually takes 2 working days. Please be aware of this as processing times will be additional to any selected shipping times.

 

Shipping notification and issues

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive the parcel, please contact the postal service indicated in the email previously sent. There is a chance that your parcel is waiting to be picked up at your nearest post office. However if you need to contact us please send and email to cerys_lewis@hotmail.co.uk and we will help you verify the state of your parcel.

Shipping times

Shipping times for UK usually takes around 3 to 4 working days and up to 12 days for international orders. This is a guide and more accurate shipping details will be provided at checkout. Please be aware that Covid-19 may effect shipping times and cause delays.
